How does your warranty work?
Your satisfaction is our priority, we have a 30 day warranty on the service and the parts have a warranty through the manufacturer.
Can you fix my appliance when you come?
For your convenience we carry parts for the most common brands and problems, many times we can fix your appliance that same day!
How long will it take for me to get my part?
If we don't have your part, it takes 2-3 business days to get your part. We do our best to come and install it when we receive it.
Will you diagnose my appliance for free?
We charge $65 to diagnose your appliance. If you decide to fix it the $55 will go towards your repair, if not you only pay $55 to find out it's not worth repairing.
Can I order my own part and have you install it?
In order to provide you with the best possible service we prefer to diagnose your appliance and order the part from our trusted vendors. We are able to install parts you buy on your own, but our warranty would not cover the repair or the part.
